To return your product, please mail it to the following address: business mailing address provided with your contact details and the reason for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your article, unless the article is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an article over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return article.

Right of cancellation

In addition to our Returns & refund Policy, if you are a customer in European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract or order  with us and received a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, if you are an online, postal or telephone cutomer. 

If the goods are delivered in several instalments, the period shall be 30 calendar days from the receipt of the last payment.

 

To exercise your rights to cancel the contract or order, you must request a refund in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of the articles. The refund will exclude all standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of a canceled order. To exercise your right to cancellation, please follow the steps below:

Download the cancellation form and attach it to the articles when you return them. We will refund you the price paid for the articles and (unless you have not paid for the delivery) the delivery charges you have paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery will be deducted.

You will be refunded according to your original payment method within 30 days calendar days of receipt of the canceled articles or, if earlier, within 14 days of receipt of your proof of return. If we do not receive the canceled articles, we can arrange to have them return at your expense.
